Aisystant is not just an online school.
It’s a private institute for professional development, training development directors, top managers, and business owners. What makes us unique is that learning here is not about “acquiring knowledge” — it’s about changing practice. In many cases, the educational process goes hand in hand with real organizational reforms within students’ companies.
The core program spans six semesters, based on the principles of System Thinking 3.0.
It is an alternative to a traditional MBA — with a focus not on analytics for its own sake, but on real organizational development.
One key difference: success is not measured by exams, but by how the student’s organization has changed.
The program includes:
- systems thinking
- methodology
- systems engineering
- rational work
- organizational modeling
There’s also a “zero-level” program — Personal Development, which lasts two semesters.
It helps restore fundamental skills: learning how to learn, focus, plan, manage attention and time, and bring structure to one’s life.
All methods have been developed and tested in a live community since 2012, and they continue to evolve in practice.
We don’t use video courses — only texts and hands-on assignments.
All materials are regularly updated.
The focus is on action , thinking through writing , and real case analysis .
Assessment is based on results in real work, not test scores.
How It All Began: The Old Architecture
The first version of the platform was entirely self-built:
- a custom LMS
- a monolithic backend written in Java
- a single frontend built with Vue.js
It worked, but not without issues:
- the team was small
- resources were limited
- features had to be cut
- development speed suffered anyway
Where We Are Now: The New Architecture
Today, we’ve launched a full-featured platform — Aisystant Corp — available to everyone.
This is not just a way to share our ideas with the global community — it’s also a testbed for new technical hypotheses.
We’ve rebuilt everything using open technologies and a philosophy of emergence — what matters is not each technology in isolation, but the new properties that arise from their thoughtful combination.
Our guiding principles:
- Maximize use of established technologies
- Focus on interfaces and interactions between modules
- Use a fully open-source stack
- Prioritize interoperability, community, and transparency
Current Tech Stack:
- Ory.sh — authentication and authorization (OIDC, OAuth2, passwordless)
- GitHub — version control and configuration of guides, exercises, and workbooks
- Vitepress — publishing all written materials
- NocoDB — a modeling environment for planning and project work
- Discourse — a community hub for writing-based thinking, discussion, and feedback
Next Steps
- Finalize and publish the remaining guides and workbooks
- Introduce new tools:
- Solidtime — time investment tracking, a key feedback loop for growth
- Hypothes.is — in-text highlighting and annotation for momentary insights
- Improve user experience based on early feedback
This is just the beginning.
With every update, we’re not just refining the interface — we’re advancing the methodology itself and the culture of structured thinking.
If you’re interested in architecture, systems thinking, or platform development, follow along — there’s much more to come.
